Target Audience:
Designed for early and mid-career biomedical scientists from across MACH partners, attendees will have the chance to engage with leaders in the field and discover various pathways to a successful career in a biomedical science. Attendees will be invited to share their thoughts on ways to enhance pathways for EMCRs.

Speakers:
Speakers will share their experiences as a Principal Investigator in academia, Leader in industry and Research Technology Leader. Each speaker will host a breakout room discussion to allow for more in-depth conversation with attendees.
