MACH is pleased to offer two scholarships of $5,500 each to support successful applicants to the Melbourne Poche Indigenous Health Leadership program from MACH partner institutions with funding to cover the associated participation fees.

Should you or staff within your organisation wish to apply for support through a MACH scholarship, please indicate in your cover letter that “I am applying for a MACH-supported position”.

Selection
The two successful applicants for the MACH scholarships will be chosen by the Melbourne Poche Centre for Indigenous Health as part of their wider selection process which will take into consideration group composition, gender balance, diversity of roles, geographical locations and sector spread.

About the program

This richly interconnected and interactive program supports the development of Indigenous health leaders. Set over three week-long modules, the program includes an overseas component at Tkaronto, Turtle Island (Toronto, Canada).

It is designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health professionals who have sound experience working in the health sector in community, policy, academia, government, or clinical areas with leadership responsibilities.

If you have any questions about the program, please email Dr Emily Munro-Harrison ([email protected]).
