Following a highly competitive process, 12 frontline clinicians from across the MACH network have been selected to undertake health services research projects addressing challenges identified by health services and the communities they serve.
The MacHSR Future Leaders Fellowship provides clinicians with dedicated research time, training and support to investigate these challenges and develop evidence-based solutions that improve care.
This year’s Fellows are tackling a diverse range of healthcare priorities, including improving access to specialist care, strengthening culturally safe services, redesigning models of care, supporting shared decision-making and using technology to improve service delivery.
As our largest cohort yet, these Fellows represent a significant opportunity to expand health services research capability across the MACH network and accelerate evidence-based, clinician-led improvement in patient care.
Beyond the individual projects, the Fellowship helps build a workforce of clinician researchers who can lead improvement and systems-level change within their organisations, and drive innovation throughout their careers.
We invite you to explore the profiles of our 2026 Fellows and learn more about their projects. We also encourage you to follow their progress through updates on the MACH website and LinkedIn.
Thank you for your ongoing support of MacHSR.
