As healthcare professionals, you understand the complexities of delivering high-quality, accessible care. Frontline clinicians are uniquely positioned to address these challenges, yet mobilising HSR expertise can be difficult. MacHSR is bridging this gap by providing clinicians with HSR training, mentorship and dedicated research time while remaining integral to their clinical teams.

Previous MacHSR Fellows have tackled issues such as optimising day surgery protocols to reduce wait times and leveraging natural language processing and machine learning to identify patients requiring early rehabilitation, improving bed availability.

This 2025 cohort of physicians, general practitioners, nurses and allied health practitioners will develop as leaders in healthcare transformation – positioned to secure funding, disseminate findings and implement change – ultimately improving access to care and service quality.

You can learn more about their exciting and ambitious projects via the button above. We also invite you to stay connected with the progress of the Fellows through regular updates on the MACH website and LinkedIn channel, where we will share their research journeys and the impact they are making in healthcare delivery.

Thank you for your valuable support of MacHSR.
