  • Primary Care

    The Primary Care Committee advises the MACH Board on the capacity and integration of primary care translational research, education, clinical advances, and policy activities with the partners to best meet the needs of the community. The committee informs and guides the key priorities and implement strategies to achieve these.

  • Infection

    The Infection Committee aims to support research efforts in the space of infectious diseases, with a focus on supporting and enabling collaboration across the MACH network.

  • Education and Workforce Planning

    The committee’s work programs include collaboration opportunities, joint education and workforce development initiatives, and evaluation and research related to education initiatives throughout the network. 

  • Women’s and Newborn Health

    The Women’s and Newborn Health Network is led by a steering committee responsible for governance, engagement, and supporting the education and research agenda of Women and Newborn Health across the MACH sites.

  • Care of the Ageing

    MACH Care of the Ageing committee is a network of pre-eminent ageing and aged care researchers committed to a personalised approach to prevention, cure and care for the ageing and aged care sector, with a focus on research translation and implementation.

  • Aboriginal Leadership Group

    The Aboriginal Leadership Group (ALG) is an advisory Committee of the Board to ensure that cultural safety for Aboriginal researchers and communities are a MACH-wide priority. The committee ensures that MACH continues its focus on furthering culturally safe healthcare and health research pertaining to the Victorian Aboriginal communities, who are the primary communities represented in the MACH Network.
